Returns & Exchange Policy
At Bharat Inlay Handicrafts, every piece is a handcrafted work of art, and we take utmost care to deliver the finest quality to you. However, we understand certain situations may arise during delivery. Please read our Returns & Exchange policy carefully before purchasing.
1. Return Policy
We do not accept returns once the product is successfully delivered and accepted by the customer.
2. Inspection Upon Delivery
- Inspect your product carefully at the time of delivery in front of the delivery agent.
- If you notice any damage, defect, missing parts, or wrong product, you must report it immediately to the delivery agent.
- Capture photographs/videos immediately showing the issue clearly.
- The delivery agent will file a report before leaving your premises.
3. Eligibility for Exchange
You may be eligible for an Exchange if:
- The product is received in a damaged condition (must be reported immediately at the time of delivery).
- The wrong product was delivered (must be reported immediately).
- The product has a major manufacturing defect identified during delivery inspection.
4. Exchange Process
- Raise a complaint with the delivery personnel and collect supporting images/videos.
- Email us immediately at info@bharatinlayhandicrafts.com with complete details within 24 hours.
- Upon verification, our team will assist you in arranging an exchange or provide alternate solutions as needed.
5. Non-Eligible Cases for Exchange
- Minor differences in color, grain, or texture due to natural handcrafting.
- Any complaint raised after delivery has been completed and accepted.
- Negligence or misuse of the product after delivery.
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges for sending replacement products will be borne by Bharat Inlay Handicrafts only if the error is from our side (wrong/damaged delivery). Otherwise, the customer will have to bear the shipping charges.
