Return Policy
At Bharat Inlay Handicrafts, we are committed to delivering the highest quality handcrafted products to our customers. Due to the bespoke nature of our furniture and decor items, we have a very strict return policy.
1. No Returns After Delivery Completion
We do not accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds once the delivery is completed successfully and accepted by the customer.
2. Immediate Inspection Required
Upon receiving your order, you must:
- Inspect the product thoroughly in front of the delivery personnel.
- Check for any damages, defects, missing parts, or wrong products.
- Report any issues immediately to the delivery agent at the time of delivery.
3. Reporting Protocol
If a defect or damage is found:
- You must clearly point out the issue to the delivery boy on-site.
- Photographs/videos must be captured immediately showing the defect/damage.
- Delivery personnel will create a report and note the condition before leaving your premises.
4. No Claims Accepted Later
Once the delivery has been accepted and the delivery agent leaves your location without any formal complaint:
- We will not accept any claims, complaints, or requests for refunds/returns.
- We strongly recommend opening and inspecting the product thoroughly before signing off on delivery.
5. Exceptions
Exceptions can only be made if:
- The wrong item was delivered by mistake (must be reported immediately).
- Manufacturing defects noticed during initial delivery checkup.
6. Final Disclaimer
Please note:
- Our products are handcrafted; slight variations are normal and part of the charm.
- Color tones, texture, minor marks, etc., are not considered defects.
